Our family required care for my elderly father who had been released from hospital after a fall where his heel had become fractured. Goshworks were able to provide short-notice personal care. Eunice provided the care, for assisting my father to be bathed, or washed and changed into pyjamas and getting him into bed, and settled for the night. Eunice was punctual at every visit, she had a lovely, patient and friendly manner, buiding up a trusting relationship with my parents. Eunice explained everything to my father as she was assisting him, such as the routine for the evening. She was respectful of his wishes and his dignity. She was very respectful of my parents and their home. Eunice provided us with contact details and explained she could assist with emergency care if required.
